매우 실망

방에서 무선 인터넷 안되고요..무엇보다 가장 기본적인 것 중 하나인 샤워시 따뜻한 물이 고의 안나옵니다. 5월초였지만, 냉수 샤워 잘하고 왔네요..애들은 씻길 엄두가 안나서 세수만 하고요..개선요망입니다.
