I had a very pleasant stay at HOTEL emisia Tokyo Tachikawa. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and communication was smooth thanks to a translator device the staff had available. The staff were also very helpful in assisting with onsite parking. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice mix of traditional Japanese options as well as a good selection of items for international guests. Overall, a well-run hotel with great service, and I would gladly stay here again.

This property wasn't far from the station and located near restaurants and stores. It was a great relief to be in a different area not in Metro Tokyo and still be able to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved my stay here.
