This nice holiday home near Covas has 2 bedrooms. It is ideal for a family. The veranda offers a beautiful view over the river, the terraces and the valley. In the area you will find many authentic villages, such as the slate village of Piódão. Visit one of the typical Portuguese markets, such as Tábua (10 km) and Arganil (20 km). The Serra da Estrela National Park is about 30 minutes by car. The region is a paradise for those seeking tranquility, hikers and nature lovers. The semi-detached holiday home is located together with 4 other holiday homes and a few camping pitches on Quinta do Retiro. There is a beautifully landscaped ecological swimming pool for shared use, filled with water from its own source. Due to natural filtering, this is clear bathing water. Next to the pool is a sun terrace with a bar (self-service). For the children there is a play area with a sandbox, a swing, a slide and a trampoline. On the quinta are many fruit trees, olives and grapevines.
