"The room was clean and a little tired, and I found it cold at times. The breakfast was good. The hotel is centrally placed, which is good to access all attractions and the shopping centre is in walking distance. However, and this is a big however for me. On my second night I went to the bar for a glass of wine, a large one and I was charged over £10.00. and it wasn't a 250ml which I asked for. I challenged the male staff member and he just shrugged say that he had give the most popular and it was the most expensive. The previous night I was charged less than £7.00 for a glass. I feel this was deliberate. I didn't complain about the toaster not working, it about the plug for the kettyunit not being accessible or the fact I kept trapping my fingers in the exterior because it was brt, but when it comes to being ripped off I object. My money is too hard earned for some young male to deliberately extract it from me. This spoilt my experience and I am really unhappy about this. "
