This apartment is ideal for groups of 8 people with the possibility of adding beds on request. It is located on the top floor of a building with elevator in Corso Matteotti, the main street of Ortigia, the commercial heart of the historic center. Particular privacy is offered by the refined cut of the rooms: each of the two large double bedrooms contains a single bedroom. The third bedroom comfortably accommodates two people with a brand new double sofa bed. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower. The balconies of each room overlook Corso Matteotti and offer a beautiful view of the Porto Grande. Peace is guaranteed despite the central location. Equipped with Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, TV in every room and in the kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer, espresso machine, kettle, oven, juicer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, fridge and freezer, bed linen and bathroom, offers everything you need for a super comfortable stay and is perfect as a base from which to move around the city and its surroundings.
