Villa Sunset is one of the most beautiful structures in the Fontane Bianche area, sea area south of Syracuse. The apartments consist of a bedroom with double bed with third or fourth bed, kitchen / living room with table and chairs, French sofa bed (one and a half square), bathroom with shower in the room. The apartments are furnished in a modern style and equipped with excellent comforts: minibar in the bedroom and fridge / frizzar in the kitchen / living room, air conditioning, safety deposit box, Wi-Fi connection. Customers have in common the washing machine, the showers and the external toilets, large outdoor verandas equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs and sofas, a garden with swimming pool and Jacuzzi, umbrellas and deck chairs. We have agreements with the nearby equipped beaches, pizzerias and restaurants. Customers are shown how to get to the beaches of the natural reserves of Cala Mosca, the Oasis of Vendicari and the Isle of Currents. Our structure is located in a strategic position to reach in a few minutes the places of greatest tourist and commercial interest in the area. Historical and cultural excursions can be made to Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Modica and landscape excursions to admire places of extraordinary beauty such as Cava Grande, the Necropolis of Pantalica, Marzamemi, Porto Palo, etc.

Our structure is located in a strategic position to reach in a few minutes the places of greatest tourist and commercial interest in the area. Historical and cultural excursions can be made to Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Modica and landscape excursions to admire places of extraordinary beauty such as Cava Grande, the Necropolis of Pantalica, etc. The unattended car park, located outside the structure but monitored with our. security cameras.

Abbiamo soggiornato alcuni giorni in questa bellissima villa in cui ci sono 6 appartamenti tutti indipendenti e con tutti i confort, la pulizia delle camere è super ed il bagno spazioso e pulitissimo. Angelo il titolare, è stato disponibile e ci ha consigliato luoghi da visitare e ristoranti dove poter gustare la cucina tradizionale Siciliana. Sicuramente ci torneremo!! Lo consigliamo sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni...
