Built in the 20th century in an Art deco style, this Villa has very ample spaces : 5 beatiful appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an additional room for remote workings or additional guests, several indoor and outdoor lounges. A fully equided outdoor lounge with open fire and kitchen/BBQ complete this beautiful property. The property has been completely renovated from floor to roof in 2023 with a stylish contemporary design and furnished with original art works.
A generous infinity pool, 24 mt long, spacious fully equipped terraces, 8000 sqm Mediterranean gardens surround the house with immersive views and a magical light radiated by the sunset just in front of the main terrace. 4hours service for daily bedroom light cleaning and help in the kitchen is included in the rental price. Cooking services available at a fee. Oleandra has abundance of space for everyone to do their own thing, and plenty of options for sharing convivial. In the winter, the cosy fireplace in the beatiful luonge is the perfect venue for family or romantic reunion.

This was wonderful!!!! We were so comfortable, and all of our needs and requests were met immediately and with kindness. The property is incredible, the view is amazing and the house is so well appointed and managed. The service was over and beyond, and the chef that we arranged to cook for us (Peppe) was an absolute treasure. We could not have asked for more.
