La casa è esattamente come in foto. Ottimo l'affaccio della camera da letto e del terrazzino. Quarto piano con ascensore. Molto comoda, molto pulita. Cucina e bagno attrezzati. La zona è estremamente tranquilla, a piedi si arriva in un attimo a Ortigia, nel tragitto ci sono diversi locali molto carini per cenare e pranzare. È possibile parcheggiare la macchina internamente al comprensorio, veramente molto comodo. L'aria condizionata funziona. C'è la lavatrice, il ferro da stiro, il phone e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La signora che ci ha accolti e il gestore sono molto cordiali. Soggiorno consigliato.
