The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. I used the laundry facilities which was good with everything I needed. Could have done though with some instructions. Downside was the flat felt damp. Disliked the virtual check in. Giving details in a site I was not familiar with and card details.

We stayed in a comfort apartment for 7 nights. We had excellent communication leading up to our stay and throughout. Apartment had everything including access to a washing machine & dryer on the ground floor. First class location for exploring Ortigia. Restaurants, bars & cafes everywhere. Highly recommend this property & the management. Excellent value for money too.

The property is in amazing area. Excellent property and very clean. The property is in a small alley which makes the access a bit harder but not difficult.

There’s a 5/7 min walk to the parking. €20 the day. No option to do hourly. You would have to go to the bigger park that’s further away. If you can pay it, I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here but probably staying in Syracuse is a better option if you’re driving. We had a problem with the AC and we were moved to another apartment within the same building right away. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay :)

Wonderful Syracuse stay We had a wonderful stay in Rua 39 centrally located, clean and tastefully decorated Superior Apartment with private balcony. We appreciated the detailed instructions and effective support during our self check in and check out along with parking recommendation (Thank you Naomi!). Overall, a great experience throughout! We hope to be back there again.
