Die Treppe ist hoch (was ältere Menschen oder Menschen mit Mobilitätsproblemen beachten sollten). Im Hochsommer nicht zu empfehlen, da das Dachfenster keine Jalousie hat, um die Sonneneinstrahlung zu verhindern. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung für den Preis hervorragend.
