The apartment provided for a total of five people is on the first floor of a Mediterranean villa newly built in June 2023 with a saltwater infinity pool. The lower floor is occupied by the owner, who does not always use it as his residence during the low and mid season. The owner will not affect the privacy of the guests. Access to the apartment is via a separate door after passing a common pedestrian gate. Eighteen comfortable steps, divided into two flights of stairs, lead to the apartment on the first floor with a living space of 85 sqm. This is lovingly and comfortably furnished for five people. The owner will not use the pool with the guests, so that they can use the pool freely.
