You can also refresh yourself in the saltwater pool while enjoying the breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding coastline. The building's distinctive design and interior make this house truly special. The domed roofs result in some low ceilings (1.82 m) in the doorways. For your culinary enjoyment, there are plenty of options, including a pizza oven and an outdoor grill on the veranda, perfect for spending convivial evenings. LED lights integrated into the rock face create a pleasant ambiance. Plemmirio is the ideal seaside resort for those who want to avoid crowded beaches and enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. Nearby activities: The nearest fine sandy beaches are approximately 8 km (Lido Arenella) and 11 km (Fontane Chianche) from the holiday home complex. Lido Arenella is one of the best-organized and most beautiful private beaches on Sicily's east coast. Notes: There is direct access to the sea with a rocky coastline. - A security deposit (€300) is payable in cash (refundable on departure day). - Use of the swimming pool (for your exclusive use only) (April 1st - October 31st, 2026). -- Due to the domed roofs, there is low headroom in the two passageways and under the two showers. - Accessibility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
