We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were large and clean. The front staff (Paola and Emanuela) were fantastic. They arranged dinner reservations and transportation for us , plus many recommendations. I will note that the noise from the hallway and other rooms above us were pretty loud (we were on the first floor). Other guests coming in late at night or leaving early were hard to ignore. We had 2 rooms on opposite sides and it was an issue for us both. I would recommend bringing ear plugs because this is the only fault that I can think of. Everything else was fantastic.

Az alkalmazottak kommunikatívak és segítőkészek. Egy dolog hiányzott csak, hogy nincs lift, kézben kellett felcipelni a bőröndöket a második emeletre, de ha ez nehézséget okoz, a recepciós örömmel segít.

Loved our stay. Beautiful, spacious, immaculate room. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. So excited when we saw our location. Great shopping, restaurants' and sightseeing right there out the front door. You won't be disappointed staying here. Definitely would stay there again!

The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated. Emanuella was extremely helpful. Before we arrrived she sent me multiple what’s app notices on parking information and for our arrival. She was very nice and very helpful even with the dinner suggestions. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Close to all the sites. Would recommend it to everyone who is coming to Siracusa.
