In the historic district of Borgata, in a central area of Syracuse, we rent a studio of 30 sqm2, renovated and well furnished.
The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with small wardrobe, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, small kitchenette and fridge, a stone bathroom with glass shower and a small laundry room with washing machine.
The apartment is tastefully furnished, is equipped with sheets, towels, hair dryer, utensils and basic necessities, Internet line and has a small outdoor area in the courtyard.

Monolocale a due passi da Ortigia
La casa è carina e comoda, Nicoletta è molto simpatica e amichevole, parlare con lei è stato un piacere. Inoltre la posizione è ottima. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima posizione con diversi problemi.
Non abbiamo avuto occasione di conoscere Nicoletta ma al suo posto c'era Carola, molto simpatica e disponibile. L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, con 10 minuti si raggiunge Ortigia ed il parcheggio si trova facilmente anche davanti l'ingresso. Questa soluzione ha però alcune pecche, la prima è l'umidità che rende pesante l'aria (nonostante il condizionatore) e poco piacevole il soggiorno. La seconda riguarda gli infissi (la porta d'ingresso non chiude bene) e l'insonorizzazione in generale: le voci dei vicini provenienti dal cortile si sentono come se fossero in casa, la sera era difficile addormentarsi prima dell'una e la mattina non si poteva andare oltre le 8.30. La cucina è come da foto ma mancavano diversi strumenti utili come il cavatappi (prestato poi dal gentilissimo vicino), coperchi per le pentole, mestoli, presine. Se tornassi indietro, nonostante l'ottima posizione, non sceglierei questa soluzione.
