Sehr zentral gelegene 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Klein, aber fein. Ein modernisiertes Bad, eine Küchenzeile, die in Sachen Küchenutensilien und Geschirr/Besteck sehr gut ausgerüstet ist, ein Balkon und ein Schlafzimmer, das ausreichend groß ist. Insgesamt ein sicherer Tipp, um schöne Tage auf Sylt zu verbringen, die man mit dem kostenlosen Begrüssungsfläschchen (Vielen Dank dafür) beginnen kann.

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal in dieser Wohnung, das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Sie liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Haus und hat hinter dem Haus einen Parkplatz. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt an der Friedrichstraße. Sie hat einen kleinen Balkon, ist hübsch eingerichtet und die Betten sind phantastisch.

Schöne kleine Wohnung, sauber und gut gelegen in Seitenstrasse zu Friedrichsstrasse. Gute Betten. Der kleine Balkon liegt aber im 1. Stock mit Blick zum Nachbarhaus und Hinterhof, nicht sehr einladend, dies sah auf den Bildern für mich nicht so aus. Dafür hört man so den Lärm von den Baren an der Einkaufsstrasse nicht.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich, in der Küche ist ausreichend Geschirr für 3 Personen. Kaffeemaschine, Nespresso und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad ist zweckmäßig, es gibt einen Fön. Der Balkon hat nicht die schönste Aussicht, aber die Wohnung liegt super zentral und es ist ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Wir sind absolut zufrieden ! Ab dem Zeitpunkt der Buchung wurden wir durchgehend via Mail über wichtige Informationen zu unserer Reise informiert. Die Mitarbeiter waren sowohl beim Check-In, als auch beim Check-Out bemerkenswert freundlich, zuvorkommend und standen bei jeglichen Fragen zur Verfügung. Toll ist auch, dass man die Koffer am Tag der Abreise im Hotel noch lagern kann. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und entsprach den Fotos. Sauberkeit absolut top. Immer wieder gerne.

Lage der Wohnung super zentral. Ist gleich an der Friedrichstraße. Zum Strand und zur Promenade ein Katzensprung. Die Wohnung sehr schön. Leider kommt auf dem Balkon von oben das Regenrohr runter. In unserer Zeit hat es viel geregnet. Das tropfen im Regenrohr hörte sich an, wie ein tropfender Wasserhahn. Das hörte man leider auch im Schlafzimmer. Das war etwas nervig. Wenn es halt nicht regnet, bekommt man davon nichts mit. Wir hatten da leider etwas Pech. Wir werden trotzdem wiederkommen.

Die Matratze ist etwas älter und die Küchenstühle zu hart und unbequem, dafür etwas Abzug . Doch wem die Lage wichtig ist-absolut zu empfehlen! Direkt bei Cafe Orth, kurze Wege überall hin.
