New to us from 15. 03. 18 in the rental !!!Quiet location in the historic center of Keitum on Sylt. It is only a few minutes to the Wadden Sea, to the beaches on the west coast of Sylt about 4 km. The apartment is distributed over the 1. First floor and attic and is particularly lovingly and lavishly furnished. In the 1. OG is the beautifully furnished living area with modern integrated kitchenette and comfortable dining area. In the kitchen you will find in addition to the usual equipment and a Nespresso machine in the morning with a super delicious coffee to delight. In addition, the bathroom is located on the 1st floor with shower / WC.  In the attic is the bedroom with high-quality carpenter fixtures and a comfortable double bed and a 2. TV, which is conveniently visible from the bed.  In this beautifully decorated in harmonious color apartment you will feel good all around, promised!In addition to the apartment is an extra attached to the house separated garden area with garden furniture, private beach chair, garden lounger and private access. In the house there is a gym and swimming pool (free), as well as sauna (for a small fee). You will also find a washing machine and dryer for a fee in the basement of the house. The apartment also has iron and ironing board. The apartment has its own parking and free internet access (WLAN).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
