Unser Domizil, App 1 war super, waren schon mal dort, aber Ende Februar, Ausstattung wie immer bei König Immobilien super, elegant,nahezu neu,sauber, zum wohlfühlen. Die Lage zur Strandpromenade optimal. Ein dicker Wehrmutstropfen: die Parksituation vorm Haus und in nächster Nähe. Zur Osterzeit, wo viele Urlauber auf der Insel sind, schon alleine 6 Parteien im Haus und viele mehr in den Umliegenden Domizile , die alle einen PKW dabei haben, wofür es viel zu wenige Parkplätze gibt. Wir werden dieses Domizil leider nicht mehr weiterempfehlen, nicht wegen der Ausstattung und Lage, die war super, sondern wegen dem täglichen emotionalen Stress um einen Parkplatz! Schade.

Sehr schönes , kleines Apartment in der Friesischen Strasse, ruhig gelegen, neu eingerichtet, mit Terrasse ... und natürlich einem Strandkorb. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet mit Nespresso Maschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und einem Waffeleisen, alles sehr neue Elektrogeräte. Besonders über das Waffeleisen haben wir uns gefreut. Für 2 Personen ausreichend grosses Apartment mit ca. 40 qm. Gemütlich ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und einem Ohrensessel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Apartment war sehr sauber und gerade renoviert. Die Lage in Westerland ist sehr zentral , aber mit ca. 10 min Fussweg weit genug weg vom Zentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe ohne Probleme zu finden und kostenfrei. Für ca. eine Woche Aufenthalt mit 2 Personen ist zu empfehlen, ein zusätzliches Wäschepaket zu bestellen, damit ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden sind.
