Urlaub

Wir waren schon oft in der Wohnung Pelzer und waren zufrieden aber nach der Renovierung sehr erstaunt ist schön geworden haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wäre gut wenn am Wohnzimmerfenster ein Sonnenschutz wäre ,freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub. Lieben Gruß Monika Weigel

In die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage des Appartements ist optimal. Direkt am Strand, der Sylter Welle und der Strandstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nebenan. Die Wohnung selbst hat keinen optimalen Schnitt, aber dagegen etwas zu unternehmen würde wirklich hohe Kosten verursachen. Es wurden wohl auch bereits einige optische Veränderunggen vorgenommen, die den Anblick modernisieren. Dies täuscht abedr nicht darüber hinweg, dass in die Küche und das Schlafzimmer dringend investiert werden müsste. Für mich war das Bett eine Zumutung. Matratze zu weich, durchgelegen, Bett zu tief. Die Bestuhlung sollte dringend überdacht werden. Ich konnte auf keinem entspannt sitzen. Die einzige Großinvestition ging in den modernen Samsung Smart-TV "The Frame". Da ich ihn selbst mein eigen nenne, kam ich auch gut mit der modernen Fernbedienung zurecht. Für alle anderen wäre vielleicht eine "normale" Allround-Fernbedienung besser. Die kleine Küche könnte man wegen der geringen Größe sicherlich mit wenig Geld modernisieren. Hätte sie jedenfalls bitter nötig. Unbedingt überdenken sollte man die Stornierungsbedingungen!

Sonntags nicht persönlich erreichbar Reinigung erfolgte nach 18 Uhr Fernseher ohne Bedienungsanleitung nicht nutzbar; Einstellung nach Reklamation dauerte 4 Tage; danach nur eingeschränkte Nutzung möglich Doppelbett stand fest an der Wand; über das Fußende ins Bett klettern keine Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer kleinere Mängel von vor 2 Jahren immer noch nicht behoben (Kühlschrank, Badtüre)
