Metropol House, apt. 109 Location: The Metropol house is located directly on the Westerland beach between the two pedestrian zones. The Sylter Welle and the Syltness Center are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the 5th Floor facing east. Size about. 38 m² for 2 people. Equipment: The living room is furnished with a sofa, the dining area in front of the window and a wall unit. A double wall bed is placed in the wall unit. From the east balcony you have a beautiful view of the city. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The bathroom is a shower room. Internet connection (Lan) is available in the apartment. A parking space can be rented, depending on availability, outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
