Sauber aber mit anderen Defiziten

Das Appartement war sauber. Das Bad modernisiert und sauber. Die Küche gut ausgestattet und hatte z.T. neue Geräte (Mikrowelle, 4 Platten-Cerankochfeld) Leider war der Kühlschrank älter und hat, was insbesondere nachts sehr störend war, laute Geräusche gemacht. Im Wohn-/Schlafraum sind die Möbel zusammengestückelt (eigentlich nicht schlimm), und es hing ein muffiger Geruch im Raum, den ich als störend empfunden habe. Nachts wurden Rohre unter dem Fliesenboden (keine Fußbodenheizung) warm und heitzten den Raum auf. Fenster und Balkontür konnte man zwar öffnen, aber als alleinreisende im EG etwas unsicher. Zudem führt eine große Straße ganz in der Nähe vorbei, die auch nachts durchaus befahren ist.
