The holiday homes Alster, consisting of the two houses Loucia and Ruben, leave nothing to be desired. Haus Ruben is located in a quiet residential area between Westerland and Wenningstedt, only 10 minutes (walking distance) from the beach. This high quality holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people (recommendation: maximum 4 adults and 4 children). The house is decorated in a bright, modern design and was completed in the spring of 2012. You can expect a modern feel-good atmosphere with bright plank floor, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, 3 beautiful bathrooms made of natural stone - in addition to a sauna and a whirlpool. Not to forget the stove, which guarantees cozy evenings in the living room.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
The vacation home features a patio and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.

Schöne Wohnung für viele Personen

Eine sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft, die hervorragend ausgestattet ist. Besonders der große Garten, die Terrasse und das Bad mit Sauna haben uns sehr gut gefallen. 2 Zimmer im OG sind nur für Kinder geeignet. Der Platz ist im ganzen Haus optimal ausgenutzt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Zimmer im DG jedoch eher nur für Kinder geeignet, außerhalb der Saison auch ohne Mindestmietdauer buchbar, würden wir wieder buchen ;-)))

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und hätten in diesen Räumlichkeiten den ganzen Sommer verbringen können. Fahrradverleih sehr nahe zum Objekt, somit geht es schnell zum Strand. Der Bäcker ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Westerland ist der ideale Ort für Sternausflüge.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit etwas Verbesserungspotential

Das Ferienhaus (Doppelhaushälfte) ist optisch schön aber etwas einfach eingerichtet. Oben ein sehr schönes und ein viel zu kleines Schlafzimmer. Offener Schlafraum im Spitzboden, dieser ist eher nur für Kinder nutzbar. Viertes Schlafzimmer im Keller vollwertig und recht groß. Kleine aber doch recht komplette Küche u. a. mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Etwas wenig Geschirr für 8 Personen. Lage am Rande von Westerland, ca. 2 Kilometer bis zum Zentrum. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, auch wenn die Ausstattung für den aufgerufenen Preis durchaus hochwertiger sein dürfte. Hinweis: Die Fotos sind fast alle spiegelverkehrt, die Aufnahmen stammen offenbar aus der linken Doppelhaushälfte.
