House by the sea, apt. 162Location: This 1-room apartment is located on the 8th Floor of the apartment house Haus am Meer. This floor is the top and therefore the penthouse floor, which is dated 7th OG can be reached via a staircase. The house is located on the main beach between the two pedestrian zones. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 40 m² for 2 people. Equipment: There is a sofa in the living room of the apartment with designer flooring and the dining area in front of the window. A double fold-away bed is housed in a wall unit and has two mattresses with a lying surface of 80x195cm each. From the roof terrace you have a wide view in south-west direction of the beach and the sea. The kitchen is located separately in the hallway of the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a tub. Pets are not allowed. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival

Tolle Lage, ruhig, mit super Ausblick

Nette kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Auf Anfrage gab es schnell und unkompliziert Hilfe von der Rezeption. Leider war die Sauberkeit etwas verbesserungswürdig.
