Apartment No. 117 is located on the 5th Floor to the east side. The view is over the city. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 38 m² for 2 people + 1 child. Equipment: This apartment is a real gem in a prime location. The maritime and comfortably furnished 1-room apartment has a spacious east-facing balcony, perfect for a sunny and sheltered breakfast. The beds in the living area can be folded out individually from a wall unit and together form a large double bed. A sofa can also be folded out as a sofa bed. The separate, but still open kitchen is separated from the living area by a bright counter and offers a view of the city of Westerland while cooking. The full bath has a tub and two sinks. In addition, there are many storage options in the entire apartment. The flat screen has an integrated DVD player. WiFi is available. Pets are not allowed. A parking space, depending on availability, can be rented outside or in the underground garage.  Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
