Beach Pearl Westerland Sylt

Die Wohnung ist eigentlich wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist super, es gibt eine riesige Auswahl an Läden und Restaurants rundherum. Es ist wirklich nur ein Katzensprung zur Strandpromenade. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man so braucht. Die einzig kleinen negativen Aspekte waren einmal die Aussicht, man schaut auf einen Hinterhof und darf die Terrasse leider nicht betreten. Uns hat es nicht sonderlich gestört, da wir sowieso sehr viel unterwegs waren. Der zweite ist, dass das Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist.

Geht so...

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Fußgängerzone, womit ein Parken am Haus und Ankommen in der Wohnung unmöglich ist. Es gibt keine Stellmöglichkeiten für PKW und Fahrräder. Dafür hatte man zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants / Cafés direkt vor der Tür. Der augenscheinliche Balkon (siehe Bilder) darf seitens der Hausverwaltung nicht betreten werden. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Im Hausflur roch es äußerst unangenehm, was leider bis in den Flur der Wohnung zog. Die Nähe zum Strand war toll!

Wohnung top

Wohnung sehr sauber, neu und schön. Der Zugang zur Wohnung eher nicht so schön. Der augenscheinliche Balkon entpuppte sich als Garagendach u durfte nicht betreten werden

Beach Pearl 2

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Schade war, dass man immer durch das Schlafzimmer musste, vom Wohnzimmer zur Toilette oder Toilette/Eingang zum Wohnzimmer. Sonst sehr modern und neu , gut eingerichtet. Der Flurbereich vor der Wohnung hat leider unangenehm gerochen, in der Wohnung zum Glück nicht. Das Fenster ging zu einem Hof/ Durchfahrt. Das konnte auch sehr laut werden. Z. B. Motorrad

Ein schön eingerichtetes Appartment in zentraler Lage im urbanen Wohnhaus. Das Appartment befindet im Untergeschoss des Wohnhaus. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, bspw. Kaffeepads-Maschine und einer kleinen Kaffeemaschine, das sollte man berücksichtgen
