The apartment for 1-2 persons (about 28 m²) is located on the upper floor of a quiet family home. A combined living room with sofa, flat screen TV bunk beds (80cm x 190cm) serve your general well-being. Sheets and towels are provided for you. Free Internet access is available through wireless. A separate small kitchen with 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and utensils for daily use are of course. A bright bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and outside window. On the ingrown land is a beautiful sitting area with beach chair for sharing. Furthermore, you can use a bicycle storage and a parking space on the property with consideration for subsequent guests smoking is not allowed in this property. Small pets by arrangement possible.

At the sea dike quiet and close to the center located detached house with 2 residential units on a mature land. Beautiful sitting area in the garden with beach chair.  For stays of 7 nights or more, a towel change is included in the service of the house. The West beach and the sea as well as the pedestrian zone with the promenade and the shopping possibilities are within walking distance in 15 minutes on the beautiful Sylt air.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard and a coffee maker.
