Stylish, praktisch, aber laute Umgebung

Apartment so wie beschrieben alles OK. Sehr zentral, aber auch laut. Das Apartment geht zum Hinterhof mehrerer Restaurants raus. Dementsprechende Geräusche und Gerüche sind mal mehr, mal weniger störend. Dort befinden sich auch die Mülleimer der Restaurants. Furchtbarer Krach geht von den ständig im Hof kreischenden Möwen aus. Ansonsten ist die Wohnanlage sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Wohnung lässt sich schlecht belüften. Daher eher nur für 1 Person geeignet.
