This spacious abode is only 300 metres to Patonga's beachfront, Ellesmera is a spacious abode with three bathrooms and two living spaces. With modern fittings and European style furnishings, Ellesmera is an elegant property that backs on to bushland Explore the beautiful surroundings or simply unwind with coffee or a glass of wine in hand. Ellesmera has everything you need for the perfect getaway.

Patonga is home to the popular The Boat House Hotel with a great seafood restaurant, general store and tennis courts also available, and only a 10 minute drive to Umina Beach and Ettalong Beach. Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in robe and en-suite with double vanity, bath and overhead shower. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 all have queen beds and built-ins. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds and built-ins.

Beautiful well presented perfect holiday stay
2 nights old friends & partners we have visited & stayed at a couple of other properties in Patonga this one perfect for our group as we relax eat drink go for walks & swim. The property is beautiful extremely well equipped in a great location quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the beach. The host is very helpful & prompt with providing loads of information definitely a 5 star listing. Thanks so much will be back..

Very nice host and excellent property.
Always provided detail information about the trip and stay and allowed us check-in and check-out flexible although we didn't require extra time. Very good condition house and all things are available in the stay even cooking materials. We found the headphones had been left there and the host would kindly post back to us. Thank you very much.
