Die Betten sind nicht zumutbar,Spühlmaschine defekt,Stöpsel für Spühle fehlt ,keine Geschirrhandtücher,SPA bereich nicht nutzbar,Fitnessraum fast alles kaputt,Sofa ist eine Katastrophe,Wäscheständer defekt,Bratpfanne und Besteck verdreckt und nicht nutzbar. Die Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen wir werden die nicht wieder buchen.

Kein SPA - keine Alternativangebote

Wir waren vor einigen Jahren schon einmal hier und wussten, dass die Ausstattung und die Räumlichkeiten unseren Anforderungen entsprechen würden. Tatsächlich war die Wohnung von der Sauberkeit ganz in Ordnung, die Betten haben keine Geräusche gemacht und der TV war auch in Deutsch, was wir überraschend fanden. Auch Besteck und Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden. Nun zu den unerfreulichen Punkten. Vor der Anfahrt wurde ich immer wieder auf ausschließlich Polnisch darauf hingewiesen Zahlungen zu tätigen, die ich nicht einordnen konnte. Da ich sonst keine weiteren Informationen, wie etwa die Schlüsselübergabe, erhielt, entschied ich mich direkt die Information (an der Promenade) aufzusuchen. Hier wurde ich freundlich empfangen. Gleichzeitig konnte ich hier über die noch ausstehenden Zahlungen informiert werden. Dazu gehört auch die Parkplatzgebühr. Leider wurde ich vorab nicht gefragt, ob ich einen Parkplatz brauche, noch wurde ich vorab darauf hingewiesen, dass dies zusätzlich kostet. Am unerfreulichsten fanden wir, dass nach mehrmaligem Versuchen mit allen Schlüsseln und dann nachträglich erhaltener Schlüsselkarte keinen Zugang zum Spabereich möglich war. Als wir zum 5. Mal in der Anmeldung aufschlugen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Spa momentan nicht zur Verfügung steht. Ein Grund wurde nicht genannt. Es war auch nicht möglich ein anderes Spa aufzusuchen. Eine Erstattung haben wir nicht angeboten bekommen. Sehr ärgerlich.

The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture.

Parkplatz muss drauf hin gewiesen werden das er Extra ist und nicht im Preis mit drin. Bitte in die Beschreibung mit rein nehmen das der Parkplatz extra ist. Und nicht erst am letzten Tag bei Abreise nachfragen.

Die Wohnung war nicht gepflegt, teilweise bisschen schmutzig, beispielsweise lagen eine Menge roter Fliegen im Bad. Die Balkonmöbel könnte man nicht benutzen, da sie voller Vogelkot waren. Die Sitzkissen waren kaputt. Man soll Kaution hinterlegen und innerhalb von 2 Stunden fehlendes Geschirr melden, dabei gibt es keinen vollständigen Satz von Geschirr oder Besteck. Eine Antwort auf die Meldung bekommt man auch nicht.

It is a gaz heater in the bath. i.e. for shower it was cold-hot-cold-... water depends on the how much water in use for shower, kitchen sink, room warming etc. No washing machine and didn't found loundry nearby. The town is small and it is a labyrinth of one-way streets - not bad, not good, but you will definitely need navigation. Awesone sand beach and an old forth with real cannons. Nice park. At sommer it should be nice on the see, but in the late autumn we've found a nice possibilities for walking.

Gute Lage, sehr zentral, sehr sauber. Einige Sachen waren kaputt, Türklinke und Toilettenpapierhalter sind fast abgefallen. So etwas sollte man in einer Ferienwohnung schnell beheben können.

Im Allgemeinen war alles gut. Es fehlt der Unterkunft an Gemütlichkeit wie z.b. Tischdecken, Kerzen, auch Geschirrhandtücher wären unseres Erachtens nicht verkehrt und wünschenswert. Auch ein Spülmaschinen Tab mehr hätte nicht geschadet. Wir finden auch dass man Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und Öl bereitstellen könnte. Das Nötigste ist da, dann hört es aber halt auch auf. Die Küche war überraschenderweise wirklich gut ausgestattet sonst an Geschirr und Besteck... Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Hier und da sind die Möbel aber kaputt und die Wände könnten auch mal an der einen oder anderen Stelle einen Anstrich vertragen. Sehr enttäuschend fanden wir dass der Spa Bereich geschlossen hatte, dies aber nicht kommuniziert wurde bzw. Informationen auslagen.

Moderne Einrichtungen, aber wesentliche Mängel. Kein Fernsehen und Radio in deutscher Sprache möglich, bei Buchung kein Hinweis darauf.Die großen Glasscheiben ließen nachts sie Räume taghell, da nur hauchdünne Gardinen und eine Abdunklung nicht möglich. Die Wohnu g war kalt und die Heizung nicht regelbar. Die Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft.

Das Apartment war sehr abgewöhnt, TV nur in polnisch, Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht sauber. Die Verwaltung sehr unfreundlich. Es wurde eine höhere Miete abgebucht, wir sollten doppelt Kurtaxe zahlen. Der Parkplatz wurde uns aufgedrängt ohne zu informieren dass noch Kosten entstehen. Fazit des Aufenthaltes NIE WIEDER

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Balkon, Ausstattung sehr gut.Matratzen sehr weich ( sind wir einfach nicht gewohnt ) Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Geschirrspüler, Fehler wurde noch am gleichen Tag behoben !! Service bei An/ Abreise sehr gut ! Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen.
