This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave), a living area with TV, seating and dining area, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people up to 10. This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with inland/no view.

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.



(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
