Perfect cabin on the lake. Beautiful views. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The town of Swanton was lovely with a wonderful restaurant, yummy bakery and access to the rail trails. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Great Sunset Spot

We enjoyed staying here for a couple of nights while on our way to Montreal. The yard is fully fenced in which was great for our pups, and you can't beat the lake view and evening sunsets! A little pricey for just the two of us, but would stay again with friends and utilize the bunk house.

Lake Champlain Paridise

Lovely cottage for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. Close to town restaurants and shops. We took a scenic drive across the channel islands. Recommend Snow Farm Winery for tastings and weekly seasonal concerts.

Vermont stay

The cottage was nice and Evan and Valerie were very responsive. The cottage is right on the lake but not much to do around the area of Swanton.

Perfect Getaway

A group of friends stayed at the cottage for two nights and wish we had booked longer! Everything was perfect from the location to the fire pit and bunk house. We will return!

We hit a few bumps in the road upon arrival, but the stay was great!

Beautiful sunsets. Great place for dogs to run, walk and swim. Has all the amenities you would need. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Would I go back? Yes.

Fun and Peaceful

We enjoyed watching the sunsets and kayaking. We made use of the lovely bunkhouse. It was nice to have that extra option. Very cute place in quiet, tree-shaded area.

Maquam Shore Road

Great place for us and our two dogs. The fenced yard was perfect. Amazing views; lovely area; great places to explore. A few minor items needed repair/attention, but there was nothing that was urgent. The property manager was outstanding!!
