Placed in a room next to gym where music was playing so loudly you could hear every beat. No solution offered by staff. Went in until around 9pm and then again from 7am. Bathroom was dirty. Have stayed before but never experienced this.

Noisy and nothing included

Room doors are exceptionally noisy when they close. I could hear every door shutting with a bang and this kept me away most nights. Disappointed that parking and pool use hasn't included. Never encountered this before.

Avoid

Sink in toilet was blocked. When we reported to reception was told there was no maintenance on site and nothing can be done until morning. We were checking out early morning anyway. No mention of car park charges while or after booking but was told at reception there was a charge.
