Modern Contemporary Cottage with Riverside Terrace and free WiFi

Lloc Llo is a modern, cosy and comfortable cottage that enjoys a stunning location alongside the upper reaches of the River Clydach. Downstairs is open plan. A well equipped kitchen is situated opposite the lounge area which has river views, comfortable seating and a HDTV with Freesat. A door leads from the lounge onto the riverside terrace. There is also a contemporary wet room with a rainforest shower downstairs. Upstairs there is a bathroom and two bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with twin beds. Lloc Llo is where traditional meets contemporary. Made from blue pennant sandstone. Heated by biomass. Insulated by sheep's wool. This cottage is popular with guests who love cottages that are modern and contemporary in design whilst retaining their historic features. There is even an arrowslit in the contemporary wet room!
The cottage features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The cottage also includes an ironing board.

What a find!

We wanted to stay near (but not in) Swansea and this location was perfect. Lloc Llo is a former farm building which has been renovated to a very high standard. It has a lovely open plan living space, a well-equipped kitchen, two decent sized bedrooms, upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room. The place is steeped in history and makes for a very interesting place to stay.

Peaceful getaway in the welsch countrside

This property located on an old dairy farm was the most calming getaway. A stream runs by the cabin and birds sing all day. The swansea valley cottage farm walk was pleasant and easy to follow the signs. I plan on bringing my children with me again next year to explore the farm and surrounding areas! Beautiful setting and very modern well equipped cottage. Lots of places to visit nearby. Particularly recommend Margam Abbey and Park, St Fagans and the beaches on the Gower.

Nice out of the way.

Unable to be a tourist because of the Covic. Was able to walk around the estate the one day and that was very good. Accommodation good and could have ordered take aways but took own food as eating out was not really safe.

Top Ferienhaus, top Lage, top Vermieter !!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Es ist so ein schönes Haus, in einer sehr schönen Wohnanlage. Der Tesco ist nicht weit entfernt, ein Wanderweg direkt vor der Tür ... Es gab eine Mappe mit vielen Informationen zum Haus, zum Ort, zur nächsten Tankstelle, zum Supermarkt, Geschäften vor Ort und mit Ausflugtipps. Dankeschön hierfür, wir haben oft reingeschaut :-) Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % empfehlen !
