Not ideal for a quiet break!

When i booked this property, i was not aware that the apartment was immediately above a bar with loud music which permeated the flat at lunchtime and in the evening. The only access to the flat was via 15 metal stairs (similar to a fire escape) - not good for older visitors or those with mobility issues. Had i been aware of either of these facts, i would not have booked the property. I had to phone the owners twice to get the keycode. They seemed reluctant to gove it before checking in time but i did not want to drive to Wales without knowing if i could access the property.
