This cabin was perfect for our girls getaway weekend! The hot tub was perfect to enjoy the wonderful Mountain Views. The beds were also very comfortable. The cabin was located about 15 mins from downtown and an easy drive to get to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The couch was spacious and comfy and the gas fireplace had a great ambiance and really takes the edge off quickly on a cold night. The views are great, especially from the second floor. The hot tub is easily accesible and was piping hot and comfy. All the bedrooms are huge and are comfortable. We would happily return here again.

Great location and very close to Black Mountain downtown area. The views and scenery are stunning. The house was clean, provided everything you need for a stay for a family and the amenities were as described. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect!

My daughter and I stayed here for a mother/daughter getaway. We absolutely loved it. Private, out of the way, and close to Asheville and all the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again. The beds were comfy! The house was well appointed and we felt right at home.

Great getaway

We had a great time here, the house was in great shape, super clean, and very comfortable. We felt right at home. Easy check in and out process and no task list for checkout. The location was very convenient and easy to get in and out, although the turn- around in the driveway was a little tight for a 4Runner. There's a pizzaria close by (Jimmy's) that was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!

We chose this property for a special celebration, hoping to enjoy the natural beauty highlighted in the listing. The views were nice, but were difficult to fully enjoy due to constant nearby highway noise, which was present throughout the day and night and also noticeable indoors, making it difficult to fully relax.There were also several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a broken cabinet hinge, a towel hook separated from the wall, scuffed walls, sticky cabinet hardware, a carpet stain, litter outside the property, an open carton in the refrigerator left from prior guests, a refrigerator filter that needed replacement, and a ripped hot tub cover held together with duct tape. Pest control was also performed during our stay without prior notice.The hosts were respectful in their responses and offered to send a handyman and cleaner during our stay, which we declined to avoid further disruption.We requested to leave the morning after arrival; however, the hosts refused a refund and VRBO was unable to assist. We ultimately chose to leave early and shorten our stay.We hope this review helps future guests make an informed booking decision.

We really enjoyed this property. We were in town for our son's wedding in Asheville. It was an easy drive to downtown and to the venue at Highland Brewery. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the deck and utilized the grill and fire. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our 6 persons. Nice wooded area and view. The road to the home is very steep but easily traveled. The host was very communicative. We had no issues at all with the stay.
