The house has been refurbished to a high standard in keeping with traditional features, such as Victorian fireplaces and many more. The accommodation is laid out over three floors, on the ground floor you will find a living room with comfy sofas and TV for those quiet evenings in after a day exploring. The hub of the house has to be the open-plan kitchen/dining room, here is where you can enjoy your time with the family, with a breakfast bar for those morning coffees or cooking an evening meal for all the family. Outside you can enjoy the peaceful garden knowing you are only a short walk from the town centre and seafront. Upstairs on the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom, whilst on the second floor you will find another bedroom.

If you want to connect with the outdoors, you can walk along the sandy beaches in Swanage or the National Trust Nature Reserve at Studlands or along the South West Coast Path on the Jurassic Coast. Enjoy a day trip to Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door for spectacular scenery, or visit Durlston Country Park and National Nature Reserve where you can also visit Durlston Castle, an extraordinary Victorian building with ever changing exhibitions inside.

For the thrill seekers you can book trips to go out on the water, including sea fishing, diving or coasteering. A great way to explore the Purbecks is by bike, Rempstone Ride offers a 12-mile, off-road track suitable for all the family. Hikers are spoilt for choice; Ballard and the Purbeck Hills offer some of the best walks in the country. Other days out include Brownsea Island, Studland Bay, Arne Nature Reserve, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, The Blue Pool, Dorset Adventure Park and so much more.
