Nice rooms bathrooms quirky with glass sliding doors so shadows visible, pool out of order and only reason we chose to stay there, staff didn’t seem overall caring that no pool was a huge inconvenience to us as kids where very upset

Pleasant large room with microwave, jug and toaster, crockery and cutlery. But they didn't have Make Up My Room door signs so our room didn't get cleaned after 1Night and there was no washing up liquid and compendium with Wifi and restaurants nearby. These documents things being reprinted, apparently. Good thing was the room left open for our late arrival. Very friendly staff.

The Jane Eliza is located in a very convenient location, room was clean only negative was as it was a busy long weekend not enough parking spaces on site.

No lights out front with a step to the room. Hot water is not available. Toaster is a mini bread sticks out the top. No microwave. 1 teaspoon, 1 small fullcream milk they don't have skim milk option. Fridge was too small couldn't fit a cake in it, tiny freezer was covered with ice. Swimming pool is not heated. Sewerage smell in bathroom was awful. Bed was comfortable aircon working, tea and coffee was fresh, staff were pleasant
