Overall nice experience. Friendly staff with some trained and others not really. The buffet had a good selection of dishes with focus on lunch vs breakfast. The room IMHO is not very inviting. After all a huge breakfast room of a mid-class hotel. Simple interior and decoration. So if 28€ is okay for you to have brunch you get a good filling with focus on eating over style.

Here for 2 nights on business. It's out of the town centre by quite a distance. The hotel rooms are scattered over a large area. My watch had mine at over 500 steps from reception, a good workout , nice enough room, but same as most others. Bar was good, barman very friendly. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Had no time to use the other facilities so can't comment. Didn't even see the spa sadly.

The over-all experience was all right. There were only two aspects that did not fulfill my expectations - and one of them is really bad for a hotel: The beds are incredibly uncomfortable so that after 5 hours half-sleep the back started to ache - and it continued to ache for the rest of the day. The second disappointment was the failing technology in the shower.

Stayed at the Jordanbad with my family for 4 night. Hotel rooms are very used, very tired, need immediate renovation. Accommodation at this hotel is not value for money, it is overpriced 3 star hotel. The only positive thing is that the entrance to the swimming area is including in the room price. Also the breakfast is sufficient. Upon the check-in we were told that even a baby cot for our 2 years old son is for extra charge, very rude receptionist did not want to discuss it at all. Fortunatelly we finally could speak to a front office manager who managed to arrange a crib free of charge for us. NO tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, no soap and shampoo in separate bottles, very poor wifi = NO doubt about maximum 3 star standard for the price of 4 star.

Have stayed here a few times for business. Location is a bit out of town. Each time I get a different type of room. Usually only stay here when other places closer to my office are fully booked. But I always like the surroundings - it is a green park! My last trip discovered that they have a very nice family suite!

Was planning to stay there during a business trip with a friend who is in a scooter. they told us that they had a handicap room but their bathroom was not equipped for someone who can not walk. The manager refused to install the missing rails and apologized but still charged us for a very uncomfortable night. of course we had to find another hotel as they were not able to find one for us. it ruined the entire evening. Would avoid that place as service to customers does not seem to be a priority.

I've always stayed there in business trips and while at first everything seemed to me very... "austere", then I understood that I had everything I needed and the added value of no further distractions. rooms are sooooo clean, tidy, comfortable ... the beds are simple GREAT. it used to be a monastery or so, so imagine there is an old chapel in the hotel sorroundings which gives everything a peaceful "touch" anyhow the hotel counts with a very nice spa, with relaxing pools, but if so much calm starts to make you ...unquiet .. you can have a drink at the hotel bar - which is veeeery cute and barman prepares veeery nice drinks great gymnasium and forests around to have your morning aerobics done or else sunset walking. Taxi or car needed to go anywhere.. not far... but no shops or restos reachable by walk neither public transportation. Enjoy!

Came to visit friends in the area and opted for this hotel as hotels in town centre were heavily booked. The Parkhotel is about ten minutes drive into Biberach. There are some buses but otherwise a car is needed. Scenic, peaceful rural setting. The staff were pleasant and our room was comfortable if not luxuriously furnished. Nice balcony and a functional small bathroom with shower. Minibar available. Complimentary cake on arrival and fluffy robes. A thoughtful selection of magazines also available. Free wifi but it was sometimes unreliable and dropped out. We were busy with our own activities so did not have time to sample the spa and sauna areas but from what we saw they were well maintained with a range of indoor pool areas and separate sauna and wellness facilities. All spa access is included with the tariff and connected to the main hotel building by a long underground corridor which must be convenient in the colder months. Breakfast was a pleasant buffet of the standard sort and is also included in the tariff. A pleasant accommodation option if in the area and not reliant on public transport.

Stayed here for 3 nights as the Spa complex looked really good, sadly it was all closed for refurb, a small note on very bottom of website informing this. The rooms were good, clean, open with one glass wall and small balcony, lots of towels and bathrobes, which can be used in Spa area ( if it had been open) plus there is a direct link from the hotel to the spa. A small bar behind reception serves good range of drinks and snacks and the breakfast area/restaurant at the front of the hotel is light and airy. We did notice that at breakfast on the Sunday they did glasses, plates a number of times but our biggest annoyance was the non segregation of smokers outside so everybody was subjected to fumes from the number of smokers, something which is totally wrong, especially as the all the doors had been opened so it was blowing indoors.

Maybe my experience is a bit worsened by the fact that I was alone in my mostly dark, cold room (it was September) but it was a bit melancholic and cheerless. Hotel is completely fine, clean and correct, with traditional looks, food is fine, pools are very nice (my favourite part), rooms are nice and you get complementary cake when you arrive which is nice. One the other side, it's a bit dark and cold, even in September, lacks light and warm, and it would proper from some cheerful elements. Or maybe it's just me.
