Plot 800 m2, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular, (01. 04.-30. 10.). Garden furniture, grill. In the house: internet access, central heating system, alarm system. Parking spot at the house on the property. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, beach 13 km.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser stilvollen Villa. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders das Schwimmbad war ein Highlight – sauber, groß und ideal zum Entspannen. Auch der Grillplatz hat uns viele gemütliche Abende beschert.Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, trotzdem ist man schnell bei allen wichtigen Zielen. Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung, sodass man die Gegend entspannt erkunden kann. Das WLAN war stabil und zuverlässig, was heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Gastfreundschaft: Der Check-in war unkompliziert und wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt.Alles in allem eine traumhafte Unterkunft, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Grundstück und Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber, Vermieter sehr nett und freundlich, bei Fragen wurde immer regiert und geholfen, für Hunde geeignet-für größere Hunde ist die Mauer etwas zu niedrig, zum Strand und zur nächsten Stadt ca 30 min (völlig ok)

In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und Abwaschen braucht.Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert, der Kontakt zum Besitzer auch.Die Betten fand ich sehr gut, das eine Zustellbett allerdings etwas hart.Der Pool war saber, zwar etwas klein, trotzdem ausreichend. Die Liegenauflagen konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, denn sie waren nicht sehr sauber, somit waren die Liegen nicht sehr bequem.Die Klimaanlage hat überall einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Zimmer waren schön groß und es gab genug Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Leider waren die Fliegengitter in den Zimmern nicht mehr nutzbar und obwohl wir die Fenster zu hatten, kamen immer wieder Mücken - wie auch immer - rein. Ist problematisch, wenn man auf Mückenstiche allergisch reagiert...Draußen gibt es einen schönen Essplatz und Grillmöglichkeit, die wir jeden Tag genutzt haben. Einen weiteren Kühlschrank gibt es auch, sehr praktisch um Getränke zu kühlen.Ein Federballnetz ist vorhanden, unsere Kinder haben jeden Tag gespielt. Auch die Fahrräder funktionieren alle, top!Bis auf ein Paar o. g. Kleinigkeiten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön :)

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt gehabt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In allen Badezimmern stand Handseife und es war sogar Toilettenpapier in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Das kannten wir aus den Ferienhäusern in Österreich und Deutschland bisher nicht so. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auf Englisch über WhatsApp hat auch gut geklappt. Das Grundstück ist zu allen Seiten ausreichend hoch eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Durch die Randlage waren wir auch schnell auf der Gassi Runde. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, das nächste Haus ausreichend weit entfernt. Im nächsten Ort Sventvincenat sind einige gute Restaurants und 2 kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der nächste größere Markt ist dann ca. 8 km entfernt. Für uns war es ein toller Urlaub.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung und sehr nettem Vermieter!

Der CheckIn verlief sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war Innen und Außen wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Informationen zum Haus und zur Umgebung/Sehenswürdigkeiten lagen gut sichtbar bereit. Der Austausch mit dem Eigentümer lief via Whatsapp sehr zügig und freundlich. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus und Vermieter absolut empfehlen! Stilvolle Villa

Eine sehr gepflegte und saubere Villa sowie Außenbereich. Der Pool wurde mehrfach gereinigt und nach einer Woche gab es neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Ein sehr schönes Haus und ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Villa Allegra

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit unserer Familie aus drei Generationen und unseren Hund genossen. Alles lief reibunglos und der Vermieter ist zu jeder Zeit und bei jeder Frage erreichbar gewesen. Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bilder zu sehen, sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen in einen Dorf, aber mit dem Auto alles innerhalb 20-25 min erreichbar, Strand, Stadt, Einkaufen. Dafür hat man seine Ruhe fernab des Touristiktrubels. Rund um ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Und das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir haben eine Woche mit der Familie ( 7 Personen -drei Generationen) total genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön angeordnet, alle Schlafzimmer sind mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet - super- Die Lage des Hauses ist für einen Erholungsurlaub ideal. Wer Trubel sucht, ist da falsch. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett . Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschön - Perfekt

Das Haus und Umgebung sind wie beschrieben. Alles super sauber und schön. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und wurde von uns allen immer gerne genutzt. Völlig ausreichend zum Schwimmen und für die Kinder zum rumtoben. Das Haus ist groß genug für 10 Personen (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 6 Jugendliche/Kinder). Jedes Zimmer mit Fernseher, Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Lage sehr zentral in Istrien, außerhalb vom Touri-Trubel mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Innerhalb einer guten halben Stunde eigentlich alles erreichbar. Sehr gutes Lokal in 6km. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Mladen unseren Gastgeber, der uns bei allen Problemen super freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand (Rund um die Uhr 🙂). Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wenn wieder Istrien, dann wieder hier.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren für 2 Wochen zu Gast bei Mladen und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus nebst Garten und Pool waren sauber und ordentlich, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden sogar zwischendurch gewechselt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und steht jederzeit telefonisch zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage und super Pool

Wir waren 2 Wochen da und haben fast jeden Tag den Pool genutzt und mehrfach den coolen Grill. Die Kommunikation war extrem unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei, die den Garten geliebt haben. Nur einen kleinen Hinweis würde ich gerne hinterlassen: der Zaun ist an manchen Stellen nur wenige cm hoch. Das bietet zwar ausreichend Sichtschutz, aber bei kleinen Kindern und/oder Hunden sollte man immer ein Auge drauf haben, dass die nicht drüber gehen.
