Modern villa with heated pool, whirlpool, volleyball court and mini football

This villa is located on the slopes of the typical Istrian "Vala" with an incredible view of the green landscape and it has been built with great attention to detail. The complex is surrounded by beautiful untouched Mediterranean nature and offers complete peace and privacy. The villa is also a good starting point for an active holiday, since almost all Istrian beaches can be reached in just 20 minutes. Outside there is a beautiful large pool with sun loungers and a jacuzzi. A well-kept and watered lawn with lounge furniture offers perfect relaxation. The Garrten, with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill, is the perfect place for alfresco dining with a view of nature and the illuminated pool. The interior is flooded with light and nicely decorated, it really feels like a home. There are 3 bedrooms with each private bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor (one has a gallery with an extra bed ideal for children), and one on the upper floor. The house is fully air conditioned and there is WiFi internet access.

Stunning villa

The villa was absolutely amazing, very well equipped with everything you should need, I couldn't find a single fault with it, very clean. It felt like staying in a high class hotel. The location was very rural but that is what we enjoyed about it, quiet and peaceful. Lots of places to visit just a short drive away.

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit viel Annehmlichkeiten u.a. Whirlpool, beheizter Pool, Grill, Sauna etc. Unkomplizierter Checkin mit Ivan. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Svetvicenat für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden sowie Restaurants. Störung der Klimaanlage wurde schnell behoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach nur ein Traum 🙌🏼

Es gibt nicht einen einzigen negativen Grund deshalb halte ich mich kurz. Der Aufenthalt, die Einrichtung, das Haus und der Garten sind einfach nur fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Danke und viele Grüße aus Deutschland 🇩🇪

Die Villa sieht nicht nur super aus, man fühlt sich auch super darin! Wir hatten etwas mit Wespen zu kämpfen, dies sollte aber das einzige sein, wo man sich beklagen kann. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kämen mit Sicherheit wieder! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! 5/5 Sternen!

Tolle Villa, leider war der Pool kalt, obwohl in der Beschreibung "beheizt" steht

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der Villa Vala verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das einzige, was uns sehr gestört hat war, dass in der Beschreibung "beheizter Pool" steht, und er nicht einmal annähernd warm war (bei Ankunft 17 Grad). Da es im September viel geregnet hat, haben wir uns auf diesen "beheizten" Pool sehr gefreut, die Erwartung lag bei mindestens 23 Grad (wir waren schon oft in Villen mit gleicher Aussentemperatur und Pool lag bei 24-25 Grad). Wir haben extra nochmals vor Anreise gefragt, ob die Poolheizung funktioniert, mit einer positiven Antwort. Als wir ankamen war der Pool eiskalt. Wir sprachen die Vermieterin darauf an und sie meinte es hätte ja viel geregnet und es wäre eine Solarheizung. Darauf, finden wir, müsste man in der Beschreibung hinweisen ! Nachdem wir uns dann sehr beschwert haben, kam der Hausmeister vorbei, der uns sagte, es gäbe auch eine Elektroheizung. Diese wurde dann angemacht und der Pool war Donnerstags bei 23 Grad, so dass man schwimmen konnte. Leider war da unser Urlaub schon fast vorbei ! Bei einer so hochwertigen und auch teuren Unterkunft erwarten wir, dass ein beheizter Pool auch beheizt ist, nicht nur wenn die Sonne scheint und nicht erst, wenn wir uns beschweren ! Zudem wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes der Rasen gemäht und zwar 3 Stunden lang und an einem anderen Tag die Hausheizung angemacht. Zusätzlich zu der Einstellung der Poolheizung waren wir somit an 3 Tagen zeitweise nicht alleine im Haus und somit war zu dieser Zeit keine Privatsphäre gegeben. Das alles ist schade, denn wäre alles so gewesen, dass wir einen entspannten Urlaub mit 100 % Privatsphäre und beheizten Pool erlebt hätten, dann würden wir wieder kommen. Leider fanden wir auch die Bemühungen der Vermieterin zu wenig. Wir hätten aufgrund des Pooles mit einer Mietminderung gerechnet oder zumindest mit Einsicht und einer Entschuldigung.
