This beautiful family villa Ladonja is located in Sveti Petar u Sumi, a very picturesque village in central Istria. The charming villa is surrounded by the greenery of rural Istria, where you can definitely spend a relaxing holiday in Istria with your family and still be close to all tourist destinations. This fully fenced villa has a pool where you can swim and refresh yourself on hot summer days. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs and enjoy the sun's rays. If you want to prepare an outdoor lunch for your family, there is a barbecue, a terrace and a covered dining area at your disposal. Upon entering the villa, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen with everything you need to cook a variety of delicacies, a dining area and a living room. Stayed for a week end of May/ beginning of June. Villa was as lovely as shown in the images. Was very clean and tidy throughout. Bedrooms were very spacious with own en-suites. Upstairs also had washing machine which was very handy. Kitchen was well equipped for in house cooking/ dining. Pool was lovely to cool down and perfect size. Even as an adult, the swing chair was a nice touch! Garden was spacious, private and secure. BBQ was used multiple times and was very convenient next to outside dining which was also very spacious. Easy to find spot of shade as there is sheltered area around the villa. Host was very polite and welcoming with snacks on arrival and maps to show us the local area. They also explained popular destinations. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Wir waren jetzt im Juni 2023 zu Gast in der Villa Ladonja. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung; ebenso entsprechen alle Bilder dem tatsächlichen wunderschönen Zustand des Hauses. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool in tadellosem Zustand. Branka, unsere Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich und mit „Geschenken wie Brot, Wein und Süßigkeiten empfangen. Wir fühlten uns ab der 1. Minute pudelwohl und obwohl die Gastgeberin direkt nebenan wohnt, hatten wir zu jeder Zeit unsere Privatsphäre. Wir wurden 14 Tage mit Gastfreundschaft verwöhnt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Villa Ladonja war genau so schön, wie auf den Fotos! Alles war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch die Außenanlagen war sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist das Highlight! Die Gastgeberin Branka war super nett! Sie stand jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns mit leckerem selbst gemachten Wein begrüßt. Wir bedanken uns nochmal von Herzen bei Branka und ihrer Familie für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!
