Villa Rova is a modern renovated stone villa with pool, located in a peaceful village of Vošteni, just a short drive from Poreč. Accommodating up to 8 guests, this charming villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and authentic Istrian ambiance.
The villa consists of two connected houses, joined by a covered terrace with a dining area overlooking the private pool. The pool features an integrated shallow section and a rain shower, with sun loungers and a parasol available for your relaxation.
In the first house, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The glass doors of the dining area open up, offering the option of alfresco dining. Upstairs, there are two en suite bedrooms, one of which has a balcony with scenic views. The second house offers two additional en suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Great stay!

The villa was beautiful, well-designed, and had everything we needed. The outdoor area and pool were especially lovely, and we really enjoyed spending time there. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work during our stay, which was a significant issue with temperatures reaching around 38°C. The host told us that a technician would come to look at it, but unfortunately, no one ever showed up. Apart from this issue, the villa itself was great and we enjoyed our stay.

High-end vacation!

Nous recommandons la Villa Rova, une très jolie maison dans un état impeccable et très bien entretenue. Elle correspond tout à fait aux photos de l’annonce. La climatisation et la piscine ont été très appréciées en raison des fortes chaleurs. Vosteni est un bon point de départ pour visiter l’Istrie. Merci à Zdravko pour son accueil et sa disponibilité!

Special place!

Nous étions une famille de 6 personnes pour visiter l'Istrie. Le logement est très bien équipé avec ces 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains, nos jeunes adultes ont apprécié d'avoir leurs indépendance avec leurs chambres dans l'annexe. C'est un excellent endroit pour se reposer après des journées de visite. Le logement est un peu excentré des villes touristiques comme Porec et Rovnij et une voiture est absolument nécessaire pour se déplacer. Les instructions pour l'accès au logement ont été très clair avec Villa Kompass et la communication fluide.
