Its..a bed.

The staff was super friendly and very kind and the beds were comfortable. The location was good with a nice view. Parking was easy. However, we had a few gripes. The A/C was non-existent, and was just a fan (the hallway/foyer was cooler than the room). The shower drain was clogged so you'd have to turn it off mid shower to let it drain. Also, all 3 of us (me, wife, son) all woke up with several bug bites on both mornings.

Beautifully kept small hotel right on the beach

We loved our three days here. Friendly staff, clean facilities, comfortable bed, nice deck. Beautiful beach with clear waters. Very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the best sleeps there of our trip so far.

Wonderful stay!

Excellent stay! Hope to return. The family was gracious, helpful, and accommodating. We had an excellent meal on sight. The balcony was delightful! Great value!

Good stopover. Little in way of facilities on beach for 2kms, but then are plenty. Great scenic spot overlooking islands and bays.

A small family run hotel with a warm welcome

We found this hotel from the book of Boutique Hotels and it certainly lived up to our expectations. The hotel garden leads right onto the (pebbly) beach and the views across the bay to the island are lovely. It is quiet and comfortable, good beds and modern bathrooms and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly - even supplying us with weather forecasts! The evening meal was very good and reasonably priced. Overall highly recommended.

Amazing views and great service

We had a room with a sea view and the outlook was incredible - like a postcard - especially at sunset. It's about a 20 min drive to Zadar which was fine during the day, although quite expensive in a taxi. Service was very efficient and friendly. Meals were good but basic and did seem a little over-priced compared with what we were paying in Zadar, but it's convenient to eat at the hotel. Ask for a room with a sea view!

Excellent stay

An excellent family run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived until our departure. Charming family who were hospitable, interested in our daily excursions, helpful with suggestions to make the most of our stay and seemed to genuinely enjoy being with their guests.

Fantastic welcoming hotel with great views

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff could not do enough to make us at home. They knew when to stay and chat and when to leave us for quiet relaxation watching the sun go down. Rooms were good with fantastic views. A car is handy as there is not much else around and although its only 4 km to nearest town the road is fairly busy with no footpath. Only criticism is that during the day the road could be heard from the beach area but didnt spoil our stay.

wonderful hotel

We had a wonderful stay in this small, family run hotel. The rooms were clean, well maintained and most importantly air conditioned! The hotel is well positioned between Zadar and Biograd. The only negative comment would be that we had to use buses to get around and the walk to the bus stop is along a busy main road. When we return we will hire a car. A wonderful hotel with friendly staff!

Great base for days out.

Great location just outside Zadar. Lovely views of the Adriatic, great views from decking and balcony. Staff were very friendly and gave a very personal service being a small hotel. Rooms very clean - a great base.

What a fantastic find!

A fantastic little hotel. Everything was just perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. A beautiful, quiet setting on the pebble beach and very reasonably priced. Restaurant food was also great value and served by a friendly waiter who spoke perfect English. A little short of shade in the grounds but very pleasant

really friendly family run Hotel

We can really recomend this Hotel. It was very nice , with seas views and private gardens which led right onto the beach and the Adriatic. The family who owned the Hotel were very kind and helpful, and made us feel very much at home. Just one word of caution , if you are looking for a busy night life this hotel perhaps is not for you ,as Sveti Peter is a small (but Lovely)place.

Fantastic

This is a fantastic hide away, perfect for relaxation and touring round the local sights. The service is immpecable, making it one of the best breaks we have had for a long time. Don't overlook the hotel food it's great

The staff made it the perfect stay

The room was clean and confortable. Its restaurant gave us one of out best meals in Croatia. The location is about 18 km from Zadar directly on the Adriatic, so one can swim--although the beach is not very pretty, but increadibly clean and tranmsparently blue water. The staff was brilliant, warm, and charming and made us love the hotel.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel is a small (14 room) family hotel, recently built and in excellent condition right on the water edge. We had a room with a balcony with 180 degree view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful with good English. It was excellent value for money. Two words of warning - July & August sound extremely busy and you do need a car. But all in all an excellent hotel I would recommend to anybody!

Très bon accueil dans ce petit hôtel où nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Vue sur la mer et calme. Quelquefois un peu bruyant. Petit déjeuner très complet.

Familiäres kleines Hotel direkt am Strand

Der Kieselstrand liegt direkt beim Hotel und ist mit Liegen ausgestattet (Liegepolster und Sonnenschirm mitnehmen!). Wenn man nicht in der direkten Sonne liegen mag, gibt es noch eine Liegewiese mit Liegen. Das Frühstück kann man auf einer Terrasse mit Sicht auf das Meer einnehmen. Service und Personal sind äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Für Menschen die Ruhe suchen und trotzdem am Abend gerne ausgehen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber sauber! Aber trotzdem können wir dieses Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten mal dort.
