Particularly worthy of mention is the large swimming pool with two depths of 150cm and 35cm, a hydromassage, and a large outdoor terrace with summer kitchen. The house has a children's corner with sandpit and swings. In the nearby town of Labin and Rabac all the necessary facilities can be found.
