LOVE this house!

My second trip ( first winter aurora chasing trip ) to Iceland was completed because I chose this house to stay! Beautiful, hearty and lovely house with trace of homey stories everywhere. Clean, comfy, well equipped. Other than all the cliché I could say about a great house, the host (how rude was I for never asking for her name) was super nice and caring. And the kitty who was inside the house from the moment we entered, Gossie I think, what a cute and well mannered precious baby who accompanied us for the entire stay! I also have to mention that, choosing a place near Selfoss because I thought it would be the best region to stay for seeing the aurora borealis, it turned out I was right, two nights in a row I got the aurora just 20 mins driving from the house! One tiny disadvantage for the house, the shower water was super small. But it was an issue given all the good memories we got from staying here.
