Disliked: Cleanliness
Ligger inte inne i Svaneke som vi uppfattat. Det ligger ca 3-4 km utanför, i en liten by som heter Aarsdale där inte mycket fanns. Tack o lov fanns det en väldigt bra restaurang som var öppen ett par hundra meter bort.Lägenheten i sig var fin, ljus, modern & trevligt inredd med det mesta du behöver. Det som var tråkigt var att det var väldigt dåligt städat. Speciellt i sängen, kuddar, madrasserna och madrassskydden. Mycket fläckar och massor av hår, skräp och damm/smuts.Även en del damm och smuts på övriga ställen - inte kul, vi vill ha rent och fräscht. Vi klagade såklart och fick skicka in bilder. De godtog vår reklamation och vi städade inte efter oss som kompensation.Jättedålig information om lösenord till wifi, fick information om tre olika lösenord och inget fungerade.... De skulle återkomma men det gjorde de aldrig. Svarar inte på mail när man kontaktar dem via appen eller via sms.Ringde till slut deras emergency nummer- först där svarar de. Dag två på kvällen frågade vi en granne om de hade wifi - de hade lyckats få igång efter en hel del strul.... Sätt upp rätt information i lägenheten och i mailen man får!Borde finnas info om hur man låser upp och låser dörrarna, vi förstod inte att man måste lyfta upp handtaget Sen incheckning kl.16 och jättetidig utcheckning kl.10 - det känns väldigt snålt med tiden. Åtminstone in 15 och ut 11 är mer rimligt. Bra med nycklarna utanför i nyckelskåp.
