Welcome to "La Piscine", a holiday home recently renovated in 2022, located in the charming village of Suze-la-Rousse in the heart of the Drôme Provençale. Ideal for a holiday, getaway or weekend break in a region rich in flavour.

Situated close to the shops in Suze-la-Rousse and the medieval Château which houses the wine university, the house allows you to immerse yourself in the local atmosphere and discover the region's wines at your own pace.



The single-storey house sleeps up to 4 people and has bay windows opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. The free-form heated swimming pool, secured by an underwater alarm, is surrounded by a paved terrace. The 1000m² enclosed garden and car park complete the ensemble.

The air-conditioned interior features an open-plan layout with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The two bedrooms, each with access to the terrace and garden, offer a simple yet functional space. One of the bedrooms has a private shower room.



The villa has a 4-star furnished holiday accommodation rating and has been awarded the Clévacances 4 keys label, ensuring a high level of comfort. Bed linen and towels are included for added comfort.

Very nice vacation home and a warm host

We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival from our host , David. After a short introduction of everything, we were instantly able to enjoy our stay in the well equipped house and the heated pool. The house is very privately located and has everything you need and is well maintained. If something was wrong, or we just had some questions, our host David was instantly available to help out. The house is located between other houses, so sometimes you eventually have noise from the neighbours which is perfectly normal and acceptable.

Un moment de détente au milieu de la nature

Notre séjour au sein du logement a été un réel plaisir . Tout d'abord l'accueil faite par David a été chaleureuse et celui-ci nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise. Merci encore à lui . Concernant le logement , celui ci est fonctionnel grâce au baies vitrées permettant de se rendre directement sur la terrasse et profitez d'un accès direct à la piscine !! Un vrai bonheur quand il fait chaud . Le logement est meublé avec goût et qualité ce qui le rend chaleureux et fonctionnel . La literie est très bonne également . Concernant les extérieurs , le grand jardin est très agréable et la piscine chauffée est un endroit de détente parfait. La situation géographique permet de découvrir le patrimoine de la région . Je conseil fortement ce logement et je n'hésiterais pas à revenir avec ma famille Olivier
