There is no front desk staff and there is no daily cleaning service during the stay(it can be requested for additional charge). I think I will go back to Shilla Stay for cleaner and better available service.

엘베빼고 만족

위생상태, 침구 및 관련구성품 모두 좋았는데....방에 들어가기가 어려워요..^^;; 엘리베이터도 숙박층으로 갈 수 있는 엘베가 정해져 있는데, 상/하강 버튼이 연동되어 있어, 2번 엘베를 타고 가야하는데, 계속 1번 엘베만 와요... 그 부분제외하고는 좋았습니다.

사전 고지 없어서 헷갈림

건물 어디에 있는지 가이드가 없어서 엄청 헤맸다. 몇층인지 체크인 프론트가 없이 도어락 비번 치고 들어가는 방식이라고 사전에 알려줘야지.무인텔 방식이라고 알려줘야지. 사진이랑 다르고 호텔도 아니면서 비쌈. 화장실 좁음. 세면대 좁음. 침대옆 미니탁자 없어서 불편함.
