Good location, plenty of eateries in the neighborhood. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. I came for business trip, and I had a free Saturday. I asked the hotel front desk about the DMZ tour. The gentleman was very helpful and contacted the tour company to book the tour for me. One thing I found a bit inconvenient was that the hotel shuttle ride did not start until 9am. I had to take a taxi for a short ride to the Seohyeon bus stop at 7am. The Mate Hotel next door had their shuttle ride ready early in the morning (I have stayed at JS Hotel a few times and stayed at Mate Hotel once).

At first place looked nice but staff was ok easy check in rooms were ok size for korea bed was comfortable. I don't think they change the sheets everyday found traces of hair and other stuff on the sheets complained changed the room, Same thing some traces of body hair didn't want to make a thing out of it. Needed more towels asked and got few fresh towers and I saw traces of dried on blood..... Not very nice. Show show to front desk.
