"This house was fantastic. It was very clean. I appreciated the washer and dryer since we have 3 kids (ages 14 and 11 year old twins). Being able to wash our clothes was convenient when packing up for home. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean all of the dishes, utensils, and pots and pans were. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean. My kids enjoyed playing with the foosball table.The porch was great! We loved lying on the hammock. We were in Sutter Creek for our nephew’s wedding and were able to host a dinner out on the porch with some family. There were 12 of us and the porch was perfect. There were a line of heart shaped rocks on the porch. My kids and I had fun trying to find more. We found 2 and added them to the collection.The property was very private. Getting out to explore was somewhat challenging at times since it was steep. We saw so many animals come up to the property. Foxes, raccoons, opossums, but the best was the deer. We had a family of deer that came along every day. My kids loved seeing them up close.My absolute favorite part of staying here was how extremely dark it is at night. The amount of stars we saw was amazing! Being from Long Island, New York, we don’t see that amount of stars ever. The only downside to staying there was the cellphone service. Understandably, being out in an isolated area, the cell signal was very weak. Luckily there is a landline phone in case of an emergency.We would definitely stay here again!"
