Riverbank Cottage - Frente al agua

Una hermosa cabaña frente al mar situada a orillas de los impresionantes canales de entrada de Sussex. Un paraíso para los entusiastas de los botes que se completa con un muelle privado y amarre para botes. Sentada en una reserva de zonas verdes con sus propias instalaciones de navegación privadas, esta casa es moderna y está bellamente amueblada con vistas al agua de 180 grados.

Un camino plano para bicicletas / senderos en su puerta de entrada es el lugar ideal para dar un paseo o andar en bicicleta a lo largo de la orilla del río, o andar / caminar a la ciudad que está a solo unos cientos de metros de distancia. A pie de restaurantes, cafeterías, el club RSL, cine local, tiendas locales e IGA. Ubicado en una de las mejores ubicaciones en Sussex Inlet.

Pesca en tu propio embarcadero, pasea en bote desde tu patio trasero, hermoso parque en la puerta de tu casa, andar en bicicleta, caminar, andar en kayak, nadar y pasear en bote, todo a tu alcance. Navegar hasta el refugio es solo ese 'cielo', con aguas azul claro y fondos arenosos con algunos de los lugares más hermosos para nadar o explorar The Basin, que tiene pesca fantástica y esquí acuático.

La playa de Cudmirrah está a pocos minutos en coche y tiene un excelente surf en el extremo norte, ideal para nadar y surfear.

Es una hermosa casa moderna totalmente equipada y bellamente decorada con impresionantes vistas desde la mayoría de las habitaciones y orientada al norte, tan empapada de sol desde la mañana hasta la noche.

Cocina moderna totalmente equipada con barra de desayuno y lavavajillas. El comedor tiene impresionantes vistas al agua y asientos 6. La sala de estar es grande y abierta a la cocina y el comedor y tiene excelentes vistas al agua con cómodos salones, televisión grande, reproductor de DVD y una gran selección de películas y juegos de mesa para jugar.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y TV / DVD.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y 1 litera individual y 1 cama nido individual y TV / DVD.

El patio está completamente vallado y cubierto de hierba ideal para los niños con arenero y columpios. La casa tiene aire acondicionado.

La rampa para botes está a solo 100 metros de distancia y deja tu bote en el agua mientras estás de vacaciones en nuestro embarcadero.

Relaxing Riverside Cottage.

A great little cottage by the inlet. Fantastic relaxing views and a short walk to everything you need. We really enjoyed our mid-week stay.

Relaxing stay

We had stayed in other places in Sussex Inlet before. By far, this is the best one we came across. Good location, comfortable living and picturesque view of the water. Private jetty is a great facility to us. Will certainly stay again.

A fantastic spot

Great short stay in this well appointed property right on the river and a short stroll to shops / restaurants etc. All communication was quick and everything went very smoothly. Would recommend this great spot

property overall fantastic , the rain made a puddle at the front gate which was a bit muddy , owners may want to look into fixing the drainage there otherwise all good

Delightful location. Quaint cottage on the water. Neat, tidy and well provisioned.

Riverbank Cottage is beautifully located on right on the water at Sussex. We spent heaps of time swimming directly off the private jetty and access to the Paddle Board and Kayak were an added bonus. It is a 5 min walk to town centre and perfectly located for an easy and relaxed holiday break.

Very impressed on how clean it was, with lots of extras like washing up detergent, salt and pepper etc, terrific location, close to town and being right on the water was great, the linen on the beds was first class, will be back thankyou Dasha for your help, leading up to our lovel break

The Relaxation Station

We had a wonderful time at Riverbank Cottage. With the water for fishing and swimming at our doorstep and a flat footpath for the kids to ride around on . Riverbank Cottage ticked all the boxes . We’d definitely come back .

Very happy

We had a lovely break at Riverbank Cottage. The cottage has a lovely comfortable feel and the location is second to none. Having access to the private jetty was a great bonus.Easy flat walking access to clubs and shops. We were lucky enough to meet the delightful Dasha and her husband who were both very helpful.We would love a return stay.

2 Day break

When we arrived, property hadn't been cleaned and beds not made. The owner was unaware of this so an email to the owner soon sorted out the issue and the house was just as we had hoped. Dasha also let us leave a little later, so we were able to have another kayak paddle, being the last day of summer. A great location on the water and a well looked after house. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location, great set up

Great location, so close to the water! The private jetty was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully clean when we arrived, the beds made with thick, soft covers which makes a difference from thin sheets you might be used to at hotels. The pantry had various useful items, but if you do crave your morning coffee or any other essential it's best to bring your own just in case. We didnt utilise the kayaks, paddle boards or bikes on offer, but it's so great that the hosts offer them! We came with our 4 young children (aged 5 and under), so we moved the lovely but breakable trinkets away. They were a huge fan of the noughts and crosses and bowling games! Dasha responded to my emails prior to booking and gave a very thorough inbox before arrival. Check in and check out went smoothly, although one suggestion is to maybe install a small sensor light over the key box, as we arrived after dark so it was a bit tricky accessing the key. I cannot fault this accommodation or the hosts, it really was a great experience! We'd definitely love to come back!

Mix up

The property manager agreed for an early check-in but someone didn't tell the cleaners. Subsequently nothing had been cleaned by the time we arrived. Happily it was soon rectified. So too was a problem with the TV.
